A japa variant of the mantra Har Hare Hari Wahe Guru. The mantra creates heat. At this speed, the mantra can be chanted 11,000 times in exactly 9 hours and 10 minutes.
This practice is only recommended for stable people with a lot of meditation experience, and then only with guidance.
But this version is also suitable for all other versions where the mantra is used.
The mantra was recorded by Dharamdhyan Kaur in June 2013 for a japa retreat.
