Rakhe Rakhenahar

Rakhe rakhanehaar aap ubaarian,
guru ki pari paae kaadj sawaarian,
hoa aap deyal manho na visaarian,
saadh djenaa ke sang bhavdjal taarian,
saakat nidak duscht khin maahe bidaarian,
tis sahib ki tek nanak manne maahe,
djis simerat suk ho-e sagale dukh djahie,
djis simerat suk ho-e sagale dukh djahie.

Oh Saviour, save us all and carry us across. You let us touch the lotus-feet of the Guru and take care of all our affairs. You are merciful, loving and compassionate. In our minds you are ever-present. In the Sadh Sangat, the company of the holy, unhappiness and doubt are dispelled. You destroy all our enemies. The exalted God is my anchor. Nanak, may you never forget that the meditation on the Lord and the repetition of His Name will bring you happiness and dispel pain and agony. This Mantra helps with all kinds of negativity. It cuts like a sword through negative vibrations, may it be in the form of a thought, word or deed.
