But the word "mood" is a weak description for an astonishing powerful force ... With the music and mantra on this album we wanted to open up a lovely joyful space, with focus, with containment, yet with an energy that penetrates through. I like to put this album on in the background as I go about my day or when I drive. You might try it softly as you sleep.
