Text sample of the interpretation of the fifth Sutra: Vibrate the cosmos and the cosmos will clear your way:

The universe is created by sound and mind created. The entire universe is a wave.
Wahan (the wave) of Praana is Pawan (the breath). beyond waves (of the universe) is anaad (unmanifest) where no naad (sound waves) exists.
Ultimately, the whole universe vibrates, while the universe does not consists of separate objects. The whole universe consists of energy. There are no objects, there aren't even Sun, moon and stars. There is only one self everywhere continued evenly spreading energy.

A stone is frozen music

God sleeps in the stones
in the plants he dreams,
in the animals he is in a trance,
in man he becomes conscious.

Our feet are on the way of the higher life, even if we proceed uncertainly and the way is not clear.
We have the opportunity, now in this life, in ours human existence, conscious of our divine being become and recognize this.

We can live with the heaviness of a stone or with that Boundless swing, "really" free and easy be.
Rocks and stones have a very slow and low frequency. Colors and light have a very high frequency and can pass through travel the vacuum of space.
Beyond all physical phenomena and matter, the original sound vibration through which creation began.
Christians call it the Word or Logos, Sikhs call it the Naad. It's what science calls cosmic rays, the Persistent creative sound, the waves of the big bang. call yogis it Anahad.
Whatever it's called, it's a constant vibration, which creates and expands the universe, infinite and endless.

“You are always vibrating. The moment you stop vibrating, you are dead. Death is nothing but the non-vibration of a finite part"
(Yogi Bhajan)
