Prana - Sajah Singh complete

Prana, the word for "life force", "energy" or "life energy" (to name a few), is the inspiration for this album by Sajah Singh. This is purely instrumentally composed music with sounds that are both light and peaceful as well as powerful and carry you undeterred through your exercises or your meditation.
The gentle rhythms are very suitable for movement sequences or rhythmic exercises of all kinds. The last piece, Spiritual Breath, is very suitable for breathing exercises or deep relaxation.
